Hello, everyone! I hope you had a nice, long weekend, if you were off today. I needed the weekend to relax, decompress, and take care of some sick kiddos. A weekend home in pajamas was just what we needed, especially after my long week of travel. If you followed along on Instagram, you saw that I went from Buffalo to Syracuse to Rhode Island to Massachusetts. Fortunately, I made it home most nights, which I always prefer.

On the corporate front, this week, things won’t be as crazy. I will be in Connecticut all but one day, and that one day will be a long one. On Thursday, I will be going back to Syracuse, and I usually don’t plan back-to-back long drives this close together, but this was a bit out of my control.

On the blogging front, behind the scenes, I have been diligently working on creating something really cool and exciting for you ladies in the professional world. It’s a bit too soon to share any details at this point, but please stay tuned!

On the outfit front, this is one of my most worn work outfits during the winter season, because it is such a simple and polished look. The blazer and tights add warmth, which is needed, too.

This outfit is two years old, but I still wear these pieces all the time. I have the luxury of being able to recycle outfits often because of my line of work. Therefore, I really only need a handful of high-quality pieces, but I have acquired many over my corporate career, because I, obviously, have an unhealthy obsession with clothes.

Side bar: For those who don’t know, I am a Regional Vice President, which means I travel a lot, which you can see, and I really only see clients once or twice a quarter, at most.
