There are few things I love more than tweed, and it seems like it has been everywhere for the last several seasons. I own a few tweed blazers, dresses, and a coat, but I am always looking for pieces that are classic and can be worn many ways, and for years to come, and this tweed peplum jacket definitely checks all the boxes. It is so simple and classic, but the peplum style gives it a more modern look. The threading is white, black, and navy, so it can be paired with black or navy dresses or skirts. I chose to wear it with a navy skirt and white top, and this is how I usually wear it for work.
A simple navy pencil skirt is a must for every professional woman’s wardrobe. You can dress them up for business formal occasion (like I did here) or down for business casual work places with a nice blouse like this, or this.
I should also mention how great this white tank is to wear to work and/or casually. It is a great layering piece. I am always looking for great layering tanks, because I am tall and often need to wear them under tops and sweaters, or under a button-up that doesn’t close well. It is nice and long, and, also, covers cleavage. It isn’t sheer, either.
