I absolutely love decorating for the holidays. Now that the kids are a bit older, I finally feel like I have time to do more, and I want to decorate their rooms for Christmas, too.

Maddie: Her room is mainly pink, cream, and light grey. Right now, we are transitioning from her original soft woodland theme to princesses, so I had to keep that in mind while planning out how to decorate for Christmas.

The white tree was given to her by her Nana a couple years ago, and she absolutely loves it. I wanted to dress it up a bit, so I grabbed the gold star and tulle tree skirt from Hobby Lobby.

John: His room is mainly navy, dark brown, and dark grey, and the theme is masculine woodland. He also still has a toddler bed, so my sheet options were limited.

For his tree, I went with the regular dark green, and I added a rustic looking star and dark grey velvet tree skirt. These are again from Hobby Lobby.
