Good Morning, friends! I hope you had a nice weekend. I know we did. On Saturday, we went down to Mystic, Connecticut, which is one of my favorite towns in the state. We had lunch at Engine Room, which is so good, and then, we spent the afternoon at Jonathan Edwards Vineyard in North Stonington. It was my first time at this vineyard, and I highly recommend it. The venue is beautiful, and we all really enjoyed the cab.
On the corporate front, this week, I have my last big work trip of the year. This is my last three-day stretch in Upstate New York, and it is going to be a really fun and productive few days. I have a few more trips planned, but the will only be two days. I know that probably doesn’t seem like a big difference, but being away from my family for that one extra day matters.
On the outfit front, I am sharing another way to style this gorgeous off-white long tweed blazer. Now that the weather is cooling down, I will start to switch out my skirts for pants. Not always, but sometimes. I do wear skirts and dresses all year long (with tights in the winter), but on really cold days, I will sometimes grab pants instead. For suit pants, I like Ann Taylor and J.Crew, as they have many styles in tall sizes, which is what I need.
As always, thank you for stopping by, and check out my first post on this blazer here.
